Efficient reception staff, excellent English speaker. Convenient location near airport bus stop. Impressive noise reduction with double/triple glazing. Wish windows could open for fresh air. Expected larger room and bed with more luxury. Basic but consistent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Sketchy neighborhood at night. Nice, modern hotel. Delicious breakfast options. Close to main attractions and train station. Close to Porta Nuova station.

The hotel was conveniently located just opposite the train station, making it easy to access transportation. We were able to visit the most famous attractions within walking distance. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The view from the room was pleasant, overlooking the bustling streets nearby.
There was some noise at night due to the nearby streets where people gathered and shouted, which slightly affected our sleep.

The location was super close to the city center, right next to Turin Porta Nuova station, and near the main train station. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel's location next to the main line station was convenient and saved us transportation hassle. The room in the attic was excellent with a comfortable bed and a luxurious spa bath. The staff members were kind, professional, and fluent in English. a central location, spacious and clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast made for a satisfying stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. The location is excellent, being right next to the train station and close to the city centre. We were able to explore the city on foot and easily access public transportation. The rooms were spacious, soundproofed, and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We appreciated the amenities provided, such as the in-room tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and safe. The hotel also had a bar downstairs, which was a nice bonus for evening drinks.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.
